1. About BUILDLAB

BUILDLAB ("BUILDLAB", "we", "us", or "our") operates the BUILDLAB website and platform at https://buildlabpro.com.

BUILDLAB provides automotive build-planning, product discovery, comparison, saving and visualisation features for car enthusiasts.

By accessing or using BUILDLAB, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Using BUILDLAB

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use BUILDLAB for unlawful purposes.

BUILDLAB may update, modify or discontinue features of the platform from time to time.

3. BUILDLAB Premium

Some BUILDLAB features may only be available to Premium subscribers.

Premium subscriptions provide access to the Premium features described on the website at the time of purchase.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency and available features will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Premium access begins once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Payments

Payments for BUILDLAB Premium are processed securely by Stripe.

BUILDLAB does not store your full payment-card details on its own systems.

By purchasing a Premium subscription, you authorise the applicable subscription charge to be processed using your selected payment method.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, BUILDLAB Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the selected billing interval.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available account or subscription-management options.

After cancellation, you will generally retain access to Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

BUILDLAB aims to provide clear information about its Premium services before purchase.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, Premium subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at buildlabcars@gmail.com and provide your account email and relevant payment details.

We will review billing issues and, where appropriate, provide a refund or other resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. AI Visualisation Features

BUILDLAB may provide AI-powered vehicle visualisation and design features.

These features are intended to provide visual concepts and inspiration and should not be treated as technical engineering, safety, mechanical, legal or road-compliance advice.

AI-generated images may not accurately represent the exact appearance, dimensions, fitment or compatibility of real-world parts.

Users are responsible for independently confirming that any parts or modifications are suitable for their vehicle before purchasing or installing them.

8. Third-Party Products & Links

BUILDLAB may display information about products or provide links to third-party websites and retailers.

BUILDLAB does not manufacture, sell or guarantee every product displayed through the platform.

Product availability, pricing, specifications, shipping, warranties and returns may be controlled by the relevant third-party retailer.

Users should confirm product information with the relevant seller before making a purchase.

9. User Content

If you upload photographs, vehicle information, build ideas or other content to BUILDLAB, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant BUILDLAB permission to use it as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the platform's features.

You must not upload content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property

The BUILDLAB name, branding, logos, website design and original platform content are owned by or licensed to BUILDLAB unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit BUILDLAB's intellectual property without permission.

11. Availability

We aim to keep BUILDLAB available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

Features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BUILDLAB is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated visualisations, third-party products, third-party websites, inaccurate product information or modifications made to vehicles based on information obtained through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
