BUILDLAB Premium subscriptions are charged according to the price and billing interval shown at checkout.

Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable once the relevant billing period has started.

If you experience a duplicate charge, incorrect charge or another billing issue, contact us at buildlabcars@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Any refund rights provided by applicable New Zealand consumer law remain unaffected by this policy.
